This Camaro was restored in 2012. We do not know who did the work, but the current owner bought it at auction just after the build from Midwest Muscle Cars.  The RS had the backup lights below the rear bumper and the parking lights below the front bumper, along with the hide a way headlights.  The car was restored in the builders choice of colors and not the original. They chose the hounds tooth interior. Though not original it makes for a great looking Camaro. There is no body tag, so we can't check it.

Under the hood is a big block V-8 with no numbers on the front pad. We can not see the casting number on the back of the block, but it was sold by Midwest as having a 427 ci V-8.  The core support is clean and rust free. We did not find any detectable rust on the car.  The engine runs strong.  The car has no seat belts.  The brake pedal shows disc brakes, the car clearly has power assist drums.  The interior is well done as is the rest of the interior. The door undersides are clean and rust free.  This is a radio delete car.   The trunk is clean and rust free. There is no spare or jack.The car has been stored at the owners ranch with his other classics for the last 6 years and is a little dusty but very solid.
