Garrett Classics is proud to showcase this beautiful 1968 Chevrolet Impala Two Door Sport Coupe. This car is complete with a host of restoration receipts from the late 1990s well into the 2000s. It is a pleasure to cruise in and is in great shape cosmetically.   The paint & body displays a beautiful custom base/clearcoat silver finish. $15,945 was spent on the paint & body in 2005 with verifying receipts. The car has obviously been garage-kept and well-cared for.  Open the doors to 1968. The interior displays oem-type black upholstery front to back. This work was done in 2005, as well as new weather stripping in doors and trunk.  A new dash pad was installed at the same time. The door panels, headliner, dash and carpeting is in good shape. The dash has the factory gauges and original radio intact along with an aftermarket AM/FM CD stereo mounted under dash.

In 2016 the radiator and fuel pump were replaced.

Under the hood is the number's matching 327/275HP 4bbl. V8 engine. Accessories include power steering, power front disc brakes, and air conditioning. The firewall displays original sheet metal throughout the firewall, inner fenders & core support. The original identification plate is in place as well.  In 1998 $3000. was spend on going over the engine and replacing the rear main seal and anything else that needed to be done. It is apparent from all of the receipts, that this car has been well taken care of.  The factory stamping shows this to be a 68 327 / 250 HP from a full size car. It has a 275 HP sticker on teh air cleaner cover however.

In 2006 over $4,000. was spent installing front disc brakes and going completely through the brake system, replacing or repairing anything that needed addressing. We have receipt for this work. In 2010 the factory a/c was serviced and the new CD player was installed, as well as the clock being repaired , receipts included.
