We hope you enjoy our presentation of this collector-quality 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS Convertible. This car has been restored in its factory combination with its correct drivetrain. The paint, body, mechanicals, interior, and structure is just excellent. Please look through our detailed photos. The paint and body are exceptional front to back on this collector-type 1st year Camaro. The body panels align correctly and the paint is in beautiful condition. This car is a fine example of a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro Rally Sport convertible. The cowl induction hood is in beautiful shape as well. The exterior displays lower body brightwork along with wheel well molding front to rear. The bumper chrome shows well front & rear.
The paint has an excellent shine and appearance. Note the fit of the door and how straight this Camaro is. The black convertible top is power-operated and in excellent condition. The convertible top boot is black.
Open the doors to 1967. This '67 Rally Sport Camaro is optioned with the custom parchment interior, a perfect compliment to the born-with Bolero Red color. The dash and upholstery is in excellent condition. The tachometer and speedometer work correctly. There are optional auxilary gauges along with the center console. The door panels are The upholstery is in great shape front to back. in excellent condition. Deluxe seat belts are equipped front & rear. We do not have history on this car, so we don't know if the engine was rebuilt. It does run very well however and is very strong.
Under the hood is the correct 327 4bbl. turbo-fire V8 (TII0MM engine pad stamping) We believe this is the born-with block (TII0MM stamping). The transmission shifts as it should. This car drives out very well. The firewall, inner fenders and core support display original sheet metal.
The original trim identification plate is intact and legible. This is a Los Angeles, California built example that was ordered in Bolero Red with a White Top (R-1) with Custom Parchment Interior (797-Z) along with a Tinted Windshield (W), Center Console (M), Powerglide Automatic Transmission (G), Rally Sport Package (S), Interior Decor Package (L) & Deluxe Seat Belts (Y). It was built the 2nd week of November, 1966 (11B). The trunk pan is in excellent condition as are the inner quarter panels. The subframe and suspension is in very good condition.
