Currently in our inventory is this really nice 1969 Chevelle Yenko tribute.   The fit and finish on this car are about a 7-8 The paint is nice but has some orange peel. The door gaps are a little wide, but this is all minor. In general the car shows very well.   The restoration was done over the last 5 years, but it was not a complete restoration. The paint had been done about 7 years ago.   Part of the interior is original but the seat covers, carpet and door panels have been replaced.

This original Malibu 2 door 8 cylinder sport coupe was built in Fremont, CA.    The dash is original and the column shift is as well. The gauges were replaced with new SS ones as well as a Yenko comfort grip steering wheel.   Classic Auto Air from Coppell, Texas supplied the heat and air conditioning system.    The odometer reads 20159, but there are less than 500 miles on the drivetrain since the rebuild.    The headliner was not replaced.    As you can see, the trunk as well as the interior have been covered with Rattle Trap sound deadening material.

Under the hood is a 468 big block Chevy with cast aluminum polished valve covers, and a  high torque mini starter with heat shield.    You will see the power steering pump as well as the semi stock GM Serpentine belt set up with a high output alternator.

There is a Be Cool radiator with dual electric fans and adjustable thermostatic control. There are also new hoses drivebelt, and battery cable as well as Accel Billet distributor and ceramic spark plug wires with heat shields.   There is a Holley Street Avenger carburetor with Holley Blue fuel pump and regulator.    The undercarriage is extremely nice. The fuel tank, insulation and straps were replaced along with the sending unit.    

This is a 1970 Chevelle 12 bolt Posi rear end with 4:11 gears.   There are 4 wheel power disc brakes.    The driveshaft was custom built.   The bottom of the body was undercoated and custom heat shields keep the passenger compartment cool and quiet.    There are stainless steel headers with full 3" exhaust and Magnaflow mufflers with fabricated mandrel bent pipes and electric dumps.    There  are BMR lowering coil springs on all 4 corners with KYB Excel G Shocks. You will also see the front tubular upper and lower control arms. There are heavy duty sway bars front and rear with close ratio steering gear box.   The 4 wheel power disc brakes have custom braided stainless hoses and new brake lines and emergency brake cables.    There is plenty of new chrome and stainless trim throughout the car. The bumpers, windshield trim and back window trim are new as well as the wheel opening moldings and tail light lenses and trim. The center caps and trim rings are new and make the powder coated rally wheels really stand out.
